- Patients in need of a visit solely for laboratory services are asked to call the office in advance to schedule a lab appointment. Please inform the staff at the time of scheduling that it is for labs only, so that we can ensure that clinician orders are on file in our office. In general, we are unable to draw labs requested by outside physicians. New patients are required to meet with a clinician prior to lab draw.
- Lab-only hours are from 8:30 am-11:30am Monday-Friday.
- Visits conducted by our clinical support team (nurses and medical assistants) (vaccination administration, ppd placement, blood pressure monitoring) are scheduled in advance.
Please allow for at least 3 business days for routine labs, and longer for more specialized testing. Lab results are generally available through the patient web portal after the physician has had the opportunity to review the results. Certain abnormal results will have a follow up plan outlined in the message. If you would like to review your results with the physician personally, please make a follow up appointment.
