Dr. Williams joined Primary Care Alexandria in August of 2015.
Prior to this, she earned both Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Nursing from The University of Florida. She subsequently became a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner in 1998 and has experience serving patients of all ages. She has a special interest in Women’s Health, Under-served Care and Management of Hypertension.
Dr. Williams completed medical school in 2012 (Virginia College of Osteopathic Medicine – Blacksburg, Virginia).
She completed both her internship and Residency in Richmond, Virginia at The Virginia Commonwealth University – Chesterfield Family Medicine Residency Program.
Dr. Williams is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and is Board-Certified in Family Medicine by The American Board of Family Medicine.
Her personal interests include working out, kayaking, spending time with family, reading and traveling.
She is currently accepting new patients.
