Please be aware that the Commonwealth of Virginia requires all providers to check use the Prescription Monitory Program before any controlled substance is prescribed.  Therefore, please note that if you have or will be prescribed a controlled substance, prior to your scheduled appointment, our practice will use the database prior to your visit or prescribing the requested medication.
