Schedule a Video Visit
Due to Virginia state regulations, patients are required to be in Virginia during the video visit appointment. By scheduling a video visit, you attest that you will be in Virginia at the time of the video visit.
Immediate Care video visits are the perfect option for same day convenience in the midst of a busy day to meet with a healthcare provider. Video visits can be conducted from your home, workplace, or wherever is most convenient for you. It’s the care you need now, with no waiting room and no hassle.
Our providers can address many urgent medical concerns in a Video Visit, including:
- Muscular pain
- Urinary incontinence
- GI symptoms
- Eye infections
- Rash or other skin concerns such as Poison ivy
- Upper respiratory infections such as sore throat, sinus infection or allergies
- Symptoms of COVID-19
Video visits are not intended for medical conditions such as abdominal pain or acute injuries such as a laceration. These concerns are best addressed in Immediate Care in person. As always, emergent symptoms such as chest pain or severe shortness of breath should seek immediate emergent care at the closest emergency room.
