Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is a type of counseling. It focuses on changing certain thoughts and patterns of behavior. CBT is used to treat a variety of problems, such as stress and depression. It can be used to treat anxiety and panic disorders. It can help with eating disorders. CBT is also used to treat ongoing (chronic) pain and chronic fatigue syndrome.
