Biography
Veronica Ortiz, MD is a primary care physician with VHC Physician Group – Primary Care Old Town.
She went to college at the University of Pennsylvania, before attending medical school at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine, where she graduated in 2011. She went on to complete her residency in Family Medicine at Reading Hospital in PA.
Dr. Ortiz has practiced medicine as both a primary care physician and a hospitalist. Following the completion of her residency, she worked at family medicine practice and cared for patients with acute care concerns and developed treatment plans for those managing chronic medical conditions. She spent the next few years as a Hospitalist, where she managed the care of patients in a hospital setting across many specialties.
Dr. Ortiz joined the VHC Physician Group in 2021. She is currently accepting new patients.
