Biography
Felix Ma, MD is a board-certified Family Medicine physician with the VHC Physician Group – Primary Care McLean.
Dr. Ma attended Case Western Reserve University for his undergraduate education, where he studied Biology and graduated summa cum laude. He also went to Case Western for medical school, before beginning residency in Family Medicine at Hennepin County Medical Center.
Dr. Ma has practiced medicine in the Northern Virginia area since 2003. Before joining Primary Care McLean in the fall of 2019, he lead the Urgent Care Center at Virginia Hospital for seven years.
Dr. Ma has a clinical interest in a wide spectrum of care. He sees patients of all ages, presenting with acute and chronic medical conditions, and provides a continuity of comprehensive care. He approaches patient care with careful listening, and emphasizes collaborating with his patients and empowering them through education and counseling.
He is a member of the American Academy of Family Practice, the American Academy of Urgent Care Medicine, and the Urgent Care Association of America. He is currently accepting new patients.
Outside of work, Dr. Ma enjoys gardening, tennis, guitar, golf, and snowboarding.
