Follow-up Office Visit
Be prepared to update any changes in your personal information, insurance or medical history obtained at your original visit.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment so that this information can be updated in your electronic medical record.
If, when the office is closed, you have an urgent need that requires medical attention, please call the office main phone line 703.717.4200 and your call will be automatically routed to the answering service who will page the on-call urologist for you.
If you are experiencing a true medical emergency, call 911 for emergency assistance or go immediately to the Virginia Hospital Center Emergency Department or to a medical facility nearest your location.
All non-urgent calls including prescription requests and refills should be delayed until the office is open during normal business hours.
For routine medication refills, please call our prescription line at 703.717.4214. Be prepared to leave a voice message including your name, date of birth, phone number, medication name/strength/quantity, and your pharmacy phone number.
