I’ve been overweight for most of my life. I can remember as far back as middle school being bigger than most of the kids. I did all kind of diets and changing my eating habits but I would always gain the weight back. In high school, I tried my best to lose or at least maintain the weight I was.
I decided I was ready to start the process to get the sleeve. My husband had the sleeve done by Dr. David and I went with the same doctor… Recovery was about 2 weeks and I went back to work. [The only] regret I have is not getting this surgery done years ago. This is truly the best decision I have ever made. I’m down 85 pounds in about 6 months.
I have recommended Dr. David to everyone that asks me how I lost the weight. I do let them know that they need to use this tool to their advantage and watch what they eat and drink.
