A username and password is required to access the Virginia Hospital Center Physician Group Patient Portal. If you do not have a username and password please call 703.717.7100. If you need to reset your password, please follow the instructions below.
1. Go to the Patient Portal logon screen.
2. Click on “Can’t access your account?”
3. If you forgot your user name, click “Forgot Username”. If you forgot your password, click “Forgot Password”.
4. “Forgot Username” will take the patient through the steps of confirming their identity.
5. “Forgot Password” will ask patient to enter their username.
6. After either screen is successfully completed, an email will be generated to the patient containing their username and password. If email is not received within 30 minutes, please call your practice for assistance.
