Biography
Dr. Sridhar earned her Bachelor’s degree in Cellular and Molecular Biology from University of Michigan (GO BLUE!) in 2009 where she was elected to the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society. She received her medical degree from The Ohio State University and was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. She then moved to Asheville, NC where she completed her Family Medicine Residency with an emphasis on rural and underserved care. In Asheville, she was introduced to Lifestyle Medicine while working alongside local cardiologists, and has become passionate about educating patients on evidence-based lifestyle interventions to prevent common chronic diseases.
Dr. Sridhar relocated to Virginia where her husband completed his sports medicine training, and they have since settled in Arlington to raise their family. Dr. Sridhar joined VHC Physician Group in 2021, and is accepting new patients at the Arlington South location.
Outside of work, Dr. Sridhar enjoys traveling, spending time with her young children, trying new cuisines, following Michigan football, spending time outdoors, and gardening.
